4-Week Bootcamp

Service Description
Join us for a 4-WEEK BOOTCAMP every Saturday to STRENGTHEN and TONE-UP the core, legs, back and arms! Every week during our one-hour classes we will be teaching new workouts for both functional and strength training! Our PROGRAM- DESIGNED WORKOUTS by our certified personal trainer will make sure we are challenging your body in new ways, but also provide modifications for those with physical or other limitations. To keep you motivated, the three people to register for the class will receive ONE FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION! Schedule: Saturdays 9:30AM, Malcolm X Park One-hour session 4-week class Please bring a mat, any resistance bands you may own and water. All levels are welcome.
