Service Description

Sign up for our weekly OUTDOOR RUNNING sessions! Short & Long Distance Runs–The Four-Mile Trail Run is distanced at four miles, however we will be running/walking a variety of distances during our sessions. We respect every individual’s goal and welcome suggestions from the group. OUR END GOAL is to be able to comfortably run the entire trail and back to the starting position (with no rests)–8 MILES! Whether your goal is to LOSE WEIGHT, INCREASE ENDURANCE, TRAIN FOR AN EVENT, or get comfortable and gain confidence running–we believe RUNNING is the BEST FORM OF CARDIO-RESPIRATORY TRAINING. We welcome: Beginners, novice runners–looking for motivation and confidence running Intermediate or seasoned runners–looking for accountability, running partners, or learn new ways to improve speed, distance or running form
