Service Description
Sign up for our weekly OUTDOOR RUNNING sessions! Short & Long Distance Runs–The Four-Mile Trail Run is distanced at four miles, however we will be running/walking a variety of distances during our sessions. We respect every individual’s goal and welcome suggestions from the group. OUR END GOAL is to be able to comfortably run the entire trail and back to the starting position (with no rests)–8 MILES! Whether your goal is to LOSE WEIGHT, INCREASE ENDURANCE, TRAIN FOR AN EVENT, or get comfortable and gain confidence running–we believe RUNNING is the BEST FORM OF CARDIO-RESPIRATORY TRAINING. Schedule: Thursdays 7:00PM, Four Mile Trail Run, Arlington, VA Fridays: 6:30PM, Four Mile Trail Run, Arlington, VA 1-1.5 hours (end of ) July - November We welcome beginners, novice runners looking for motivation and confidence in running, and seasoned runners looking for extra motivation! **Intermediate or seasoned runners: we highly recommend booking a consultation with us for new ways to improve speed, distance or running form.
