Service Description
Sign up for 8 weeks of an intense core toning and strengthening workout. This intense and SWEAT EXPLOSIVE experience will work every muscle group in your core (lower abs, obliques, hip flexors, lower back). Schedule: Join virtually or in-person outdoors. Mondays*: 6:00PM, The Navy Yards Park Fridays: 7:00AM & 8:00AM, Virtually 30-Minute Class Session No equipment required (mat suggested, dumbbells suggested).
