Sign up for 3 weeks of an intense total body toning workout and a slimming nutrition plan. Choose between our three specialty classes or join all 15 classes to burn fat, feel energized and get stronger! Class 1: Fat Burnout— Be ready for a full body burnout workout to burn over 200 calories, learn new workouts and techniques on effective fat burn. No equipment requirement (mat suggested, ample space needed to move around). Class 2: Core Burnout— Join is for an INTENSE and SWEAT EXPLOSIVE experience to work every muscle group in your core (abs, obliques, hip flexors, lower back). No equipment required (mat suggested, dumbbells suggested). Class 3: Strength Training— Learn new ways train muscles through isolated workouts, advanced balance training, and calisthenics. Additional equipment is required (dumbbells, barbells, cable machine). Nutrition plan is included in all classes, every week we will introduce a new meal/food to help rid toxins, slim the waist and heal the body.
