This monthly fitness plan provides a complete body transformation whether you are looking to increase muscle mass, lose body fat, lose weight, or just tone up everywhere. We specialize in plant-based nutrition, cardiorespiratory, core strength, strength, and functional training. Start working with our PERSONAL TRAINER ONCE A WEEK or 1x/month to help you start and sustain a fitness routine (in-person and virtual options).
We are 100% focused on YOUR goals and accept any fitness levels. We have experience working with clients ages 15-80 and welcome our Latinx community since we are native Spanish speakers. All of our plans are one-hour sessions and require a minimum three-month commitment to ensure accountability and results; all monthly plans will be billed monthly on the purchase date. You may choose to extend or cancel your plan after three months. Read each plan for specific details.
