Boxing Training

I am one of those people that actively hated working out. I've tried classes, gyms--I even had a trainer before for a few years. But it wasn't until I met and started working with Ashli that I realized I could be a person who enjoyed working out and actually looked forward to it. I've been working with Ashli for about 8 months now and through the monthly workout plan, she's helped me: --build stamina, balance and strength --refocus on a healthier lifestyle through my diet --not let injuries stop me from working out --transform a lot of unhealthy fat into muscle --build a habit of do-able exercise that I can do anywhere, including while I travel for work --stay encouraged and focused on goals throughout the process. I went to Ashli because I liked the holistic approach that she seemed to bring to her business. My goal was to lose weight, lower my sugar and get strong. She's helped me accomplish all of that through her consistency, encouragement and creativity. It's been a journey and I'm grateful Ashli has been here to keep me going.
