Ashli is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has a master's degree in Public Health from George Washington University.
Ashli is passionate about motivating her clients and challenging them to move beyond their "limits." She has been eating plant-based since 2017 and is proud of her Mexican heritage.
Ashli conducts monthly outdoor boot camps and specializes in HIIT, Balance, Core Stabilization/Strengthening, and Cardiorespiratory Training. She loves helping clients take control of their health through nutrition by conducting grocery demonstrations and incorporating more plant-based foods into their everyday eating.
