We believe nutrition and plants have the power to prevent, reverse, and eliminate disease and adverse health conditions. The important role of plant-based foods is something that is not taught in school, but thanks to blogs, research, and social media, people are starting to learn and become aware of its power.

ASHLI

Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist

Ashli is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has a Master's Degree in Public Health from George Washington University. 

 

Ashli is passionate about motivating her clients and challenging them to move beyond their "limits." She is a strong woman of faith and believes "Anything is possible for one who believes" -Mark 9:23. She has also been eating plant-based since 2017!

She loves helping clients take control of their health through nutrition by conducting grocery demonstrations and incorporating more plant-based foods into their everyday eating.
