The important role of plant-based foods is something that is not taught in school but thanks to blogs, celebrities and social media, people are starting to learn and become aware.

Ashli is a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and has a Master's Degree in Public Health from George Washington University. Ashli is passionate about motivating and challenging her clients past their "limits." Ashli conducts monthly outdoor bootcamps and specializes in HIIT, Balance, Core Stabilization/Strengthening, and Cardiorespiratory Training. She also loves helping clients take control of their health through nutrition by conducting grocery demonstrations and incorporating more plant-based foods to their everyday eating. Along with her Mexican pride, she has been eating plant-based since 2017.
