Service Description
Are you and a friend/loved one looking to start working out together? Need guidance on getting BETTER RESULTS? During our 1-hour session we will be testing your endurance, strength, flexibility, balance to work towards your goal(s). We will be providing you with all the workouts during our sessions and homework to complete before our next session. You will also get a taste of what it is like to work with our BEST PERSONAL TRAINER! Choose a date and time and we will travel to you! One-Three people are allowed to attend the 1-hour session option. This option is perfect individuals who cannot commit to a regular workout routine yet but want to jump start their journey!
