A crash course to kickboxing. Our Kickboxing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer will teach you the foundations of stances, punches, and variation in kicks while working on core strength, endurance, stamina, strength training, and confidence building! Schedule: Week 1: Endurance Training (Total Body Workout) Week 2-Week 3: Stances, Punches & Kicking Techniques Week 4: Variation in Kicks Saturdays: 1:00PM, Malcom X Park Sundays: 9:30AM, Malcom X Park One-hour class session
