1 year since our 7-Day Vegan Meal Plan—The Right Way. We first created our meal plan because clients always asked me “What do you eat?!”, “What’s your secret?” “How can I lose weight, I’ve been trying to lose for years?” As a plant-based company, the ANSWER to us IS OBVIOUS —nutrition. Nutrition actually plays a larger role than exercise (depending on there health goal). Why? Think about it, you may workout many times a week, but YOU CAN ONLY BURN so many calories during one workout. Now eating… that is something you do MANY TIMES A DAY! Many opportunities to gain calories or gain the RIGHT TYPE OF CALORIES.
So instead of repeating myself suggesting WHAT TO EAT, I decided it was about time to create A PLAN FOR CLIENTS.
Sneak Peak of the Plan—A mixture of foods I eat everyday combined with the recommended healthy sources of macro (protein, carbs, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins & minerals), keeping in mind some
common allergies and different eating patterns. As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I cannot prescribe what you should be eating but I can definitely give you a list healthy PLANT-BASED FOODS that are SCIENTIFICALLY considered HEALTHY, foods that help COMBAT several HEALTH CONDITIONS and foods that have helped me STAY IN SHAPE & FEEL ENERGIZED.
